with a visible diamond-set balance, the 18 carat gold rectangular case with canted corners, the bezel set with half pearls, diamonds and gold beading, slide for the repeating mechanism, the reverse with apertures for winding and setting, the reeded shank with triangular-shaped half pearl-set shoulders, the enamel dial with Arabic numerals, signed, blued Breguet hands, the upper dial with a polished disc and three-arm diamond-set balance, the movement with two hammers, bell and two barrels for going and striking train, cylinder escapement.
