Julia joins Elstob’s busy cataloguing team with plenty of auction house experience behind her.
After completing her BA in Fine Art at Northumbria University - where she specialised in sculpture and printmaking - Julia took up a saleroom assistant post at Tennants of Leyburn. This was followed by a sales role at the vintage and antique jewellery specialist Ogden’s of Harrogate before joining the valuation team at Vintage Cash Cow, the Leeds-based online trader of vintage items and antiques.
Julia has always loved antiques, but her other passion is for the great outdoors. In her spare time, she enjoys walking and attending antique fairs – just in case she hasn’t had enough of being surrounded by antiques during the week!
