A VICTORIAN SILVER GOBLET
by Richard Martin & Ebenzer Hall, London 1879, the deep ovoid bowl raised on a knopped stem issuing from a spreading circular foot, the body engraved with a shaped band of flowerheads and foliage, pendant foliate swags, also with tongue-and-dot and squigglework decoration, with presentation inscription dated 1883, gilded to bowl interior. 18.6cm high, 8 troy ounces
